Wow 2009 is here and well and truly underway. I have been very poor at keeping his up to date.  But maybe this year maybe different. One thing I have already found from this year, is that sometimes its hard to work on a class of kids and then work from the start with the new group. Really does push the patience sometimes. But last year was a learning curve.

For a star this year, having the kids sent up independent email addresses solely for school use will be a must. Having the kids give me their information (password and email address) will make it easier for those who seem to not remember there details. So hopefully their own blogs will be more up to date, as they won’t have to keep starting from scratch.

I have also had some ideas published in the recent Interface magazine, How exciting. It was just a blurb I wrote to the editor last year, but he stuck it in anyway. There is a really interesting article on making your own interactive whiteboards/tablets, which seems very very cool, and I soooo want to give it a go.  The you tube link is great.

I’m taking art this year (year 7/8) so will be doing some digital work with the computers, I have already purchased art rage, which i think is brilliant (only $1 per copy for schools). so might have some things to add on that later.
